Our client powers some of the world’s most ambitious businesses and is determined to build a world-class financial technology brand. Their Creative team is the powerhouse driving that vision.

As a Brand Designer, you will translate complex, abstract business concepts into clear, compelling, and world-class creative outputs. Leveraging their established brand system, you will use your expertise to apply it distinctively and consistently across all touchpoints to make an impact every day.

Based in their dynamic London office, you will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside copywriters, fellow designers, and sharp marketers, while partnering cross-functionally with Product Design through regular collaborative forums to cultivate a shared visual vision.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Drive Visual Problem-Solving: Partner closely with copywriters and designers to explore, develop, and visualize conceptual approaches for integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, and targeted direct mail.
  • Execute Experiential & Event Design: Support the creation of branded event collateral and experiential assets for major global events, bringing immersive brand spaces to life alongside senior creatives.
  • Champion Commercial Enablement: Design unique RFP responses and tailored visual experiences for strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating with commercial partners to win high-value business while building scalable solutions.
  • Evolve the Brand System: Act as a thoughtful guardian of their brand identity, creating new brand elements and sub-brands for key initiatives while optimizing templated assets for maximum efficiency.
  • Deliver Confident Craft: Manage day-to-day stakeholder conversations, think holistically about overall content flow beyond individual assets, and deliver high-standard outputs that align with project specifications.
  • Foster Creative Culture: Actively contribute to the team’s creative culture by sharing ideas, learning from peers, and proactively seeking constructive feedback to continuously iterate and improve.
What They’re Looking For
  • Design Expertise: A strong background in graphic or brand design, with an exceptional aptitude for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
  • Systems Thinking: The ability to think structurally, understanding how both macro and micro design choices impact the broader brand ecosystem and how to scale design consistency.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A true team player who works seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, values diverse perspectives, and knows when to loop in support to execute a brief.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Deeply accountable for your outcomes, with a proven ability to manage project timelines, communicate progress clearly, and build internal trust.
  • Agility & Drive: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Communication & Presentation: Confident articulating your design work, creative process, and strategic choices to non-creative internal business partners.
  • Growth Orientation: Driven by a passion for learning, a desire to welcome constructive feedback, and an eagerness to grow—even if you don't check every single box on day one.
