What will you do around here?
- Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
- Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing
- Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier product talent
We\’d love to chat with you if you have:
- 4-8 years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated
