The Role

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to optimise and scale the systems that power their hiring function. In this role, you will enhance the Talent Acquisition technology landscape, removing friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike. With Greenhouse at the core of the recruitment tech stack, you will leverage data, automation, and AI to improve hiring processes and support the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Greenhouse Professional Services and internal stakeholders to review the current ATS configuration, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implementing enhancements.
  • Drive initiatives to introduce AI tools and automation that streamline scheduling, candidate matching, and recruitment administration.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides to ensure recruiters and hiring managers are confident using recruitment systems and following best practices.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to build meaningful reports and dashboards, using data to identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring performance.
  • Continuously review recruitment workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall hiring experience.

About You

  • Strong experience administering and configuring Greenhouse ATS, with the ability to optimise it strategically.
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn recruitment data into actionable insights.
  • A passion for automation, with experience connecting systems and reducing manual processes across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • A process improvement mindset, with the ability to analyse complex recruitment operations and design efficient, scalable workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in emerging recruitment technology and AI, with enthusiasm for implementing innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.
