As a Brand Designer, you will translate complex, abstract business concepts into clear, compelling, and world-class creative outputs. Leveraging their established brand system, you will use your expertise to apply it distinctively and consistently across all touchpoints to make an impact every day. Based in their dynamic London office, you will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside copywriters, fellow designers, and sharp marketers, while partnering cross-functionally with Product Design through regular collaborative forums to cultivate a shared visual vision.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Visual Problem-Solving: Partner closely with copywriters and designers to explore, develop, and visualize conceptual approaches for integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, and targeted direct mail.
  • Execute Experiential & Event Design: Support the creation of branded event collateral and experiential assets for major global events, bringing immersive brand spaces to life alongside senior creatives.
  • Champion Commercial Enablement: Design unique RFP responses and tailored visual experiences for strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating with commercial partners to win high-value business while building scalable solutions.
  • Evolve the Brand System: Act as a thoughtful guardian of their brand identity, creating new brand elements and sub-brands for key initiatives while optimizing templated assets for maximum efficiency.
  • Deliver Confident Craft: Manage day‑day stakeholder conversations, think holistically about overall content flow beyond individual assets, and deliver high‑standard outputs that align with project specifications.
