The role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering sustainable growth across Ocado while ensuring brands perform strongly across online grocery platforms. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Media teams, you’ll drive commercial performance, improve online execution and maximise the effectiveness of retail media investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Ocado customer relationship and Joint Business Plan
- Delivering Net Revenue, Trade Investment and Gross Margin targets
- Managing promotional plans and commercial performance
- Improving digital shelf execution across online grocery retailers
- Optimising content, availability, search visibility, ratings and reviews
- Managing product content through Brand Bank
- Identifying and resolving online execution issues
- Planning, activating and optimising retail media campaigns
- Managing Citrus and Criteo activity and budgets
- Analysing campaign performance and ROI
- Generating insights that support future growth opportunities
What you’ll bring:
Essential:
- Experience managing online grocery or eCommerce customers within FMCG
- Strong commercial account management experience
- Knowledge of digital shelf fundamentals
- Experience working with online retailers such as Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons or Waitrose
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Desirable:
- Experience using Citrus and/or Criteo
- Knowledge of Profitero, Commerce IQ or eStore
- Shopper marketing or category experience
