Essential experience includes
- 4+ years of Workday HCM experience
- Strong hands on Workday HCM configuration experience across multiple modules
- Proven experience configuring Workday business processes and workflows
- Experience administering and optimising Workday in a global or multi country environment
- Strong understanding of Workday security, governance and data integrity
- Experience with job architecture including job profiles, job families and compensation structures
- Experience supporting Workday integrations with payroll and other HR systems
- Strong reporting, analytics and data validation experience within Workday
