Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a FinTech rocket ship on a newly created VP Commercial Finance opportunity.
As VP Commercial Finance, you will partner closely with an exceptional CFO and CEO (experienced entrepreneur), overseeing FP&A, Commercial Finance and BI.
You’ll be fantastic for this role if you are seeking a hybrid commercial role (FP&A / commercial finance / strategy / business partnering / data), with daily access to C Suite conversations and interactions. Key responsibilities to include:
- Partner C-Suite / Heads of Functions / Board / Investors
- Create business cases and complex financial models to drive forward business decision making
- Support CFO on business transactions, including fundraising & M&A
- Produce investor and other stakeholder reporting packs
- Develop and mentor a high performing team
Profile:
- Former Bulge Bracket Investment Banker or MBB Management Consultant
- Rapid scale FinTech operator experience in a commercial / strategic setting
- Supported on / led fundraising activities in excess of 30m+ rounds
- Mathematical and data driven in approach. Exceptional financial modeller who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and building
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
- Experienced people manager (teams of 5+ people of varying experience levels)
