Treasury Business Analyst – TMS Implementation (FIS Integrity)

Are you a Treasury professional with a passion for systems, process improvement, and transformation? My client is looking for a Treasury Business Analyst or a Treasury Analyst who has been involved in TMS implementations, to play a pivotal role in the implementation of their new Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity).
As the Treasury Business Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of our treasury transformation programme bridging the gap between business needs and technology delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the gathering and documentation of detailed treasury requirements for the new TMS.
- Assisting with data preparation and migration (static data and open treasury deals).
- Collaborating with treasury, finance, and IT teams on workflow and reporting design.
- Helping to configure and test system processes to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Building a catalogue of key reports across Funding, Cash, Accounting, and Back Office functions.
- Documenting operational procedures and supporting the creation of user manuals.
- Supporting UAT, training, and troubleshooting throughout implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Treasury Business Analyst or Treasury Analyst with project experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end treasury processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management System implementation – ideally FIS Integrity.
- Excellent process documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for enabling change.
