- Training Content Designer – SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation (3 Roles)

We’re recruiting for 3x Training Content Designers to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Programme.
This is a content-focused contract, responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning materials that enable Finance teams to successfully adopt new SAP processes and ways of working.
Working alongside Change, Finance and Programme stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business processes into engaging, user-friendly learning content that supports adoption across the organisation.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience developing learning content for SAP S/4HANA, ERP or Finance Transformation programmes.
Whilst experience with Walk Me would be advantageous, we’re equally keen to speak with candidates who have worked with SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) or similar digital learning and content simulation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Create e-learning modules, simulations, process guides, job aids, quick reference materials and other performance support assets.
- Translate complex finance processes into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand learning materials for end users.
- Develop role-based learning content aligned to new business processes and system functionality.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Business Analysts, Change Managers and Programme teams to gather requirements and validate content.
- Produce learning assets using tools such as Walk Me, SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Synthesia or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure all learning content is consistent, accurate and aligned with programme standards.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate content creation and improve learner engagement.
- Support updates and refinements to learning materials throughout the programme lifecycle.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience designing learning content for enterprise technology or business transformation programmes.
- Previous experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale systems implementations.
- Experience creating digital learning assets such as e-learning modules, simulations, process documentation and job aids.
- Ability to simplify complex finance processes into engaging, user-focused learning content.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside Finance, Change and Programme teams.
- Excellent written communication and instructional design skills.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation is advantageous.
