We're running a confidential search for a high-growth, VC-backed technology business in London. Strong institutional backing, a specialist market, and a leadership team that treats finance as a strategic function. Real ownership from day one. You'll partner directly with commercial leadership, own the core planning model, and be expected to drive decisions, not just support them.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Building and maintaining driver-based revenue and commercial models
  • Owning performance reporting, ARR, variance analysis
  • Developing business cases for investment decisions
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations on planning and forecasting
  • Supporting annual budget and reforecast cycles
  • Improving FP&A tooling, automation and reporting infrastructure
