Talentedge are proud to be exclusively partnering with the New York division of a PE backed, global media business on a newly created opportunity within their expanding tax function. As US Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for a mixture of compliance and advisory work, across a range of Federal Tax, State, and International Taxes.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all entities meet their compliance requirements and obligations for US Corporate and Partnership Taxes, State Income Taxes, and remittance obligations
- Maintain schedule of tax filing obligations
- Support the preparation of Tax Provisions (ASC 740)
- Lead tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence from tax authorities
- Prepare quarterly and annual estimated tax payments and ensure timely filings and remittances
- Provide advisory support on potential projects which may include Corporate restructuring projects & M&A transactions
- Continually seek opportunities to automate manual processes as well as reduce the reliance on outsourced partners
- Big 4 CPA qualified
- Energetic self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Happy rolling your sleeves up & getting your hands dirty
- Confident business partnering with and managing the relationship with external advisors
- Strong background in advisory and compliance
- Highly experienced with US Federal Corporate and Partnership Taxes
