Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders across core business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Ops
- Leading large-scale organisational change and transformation projects
- Driving and delivering the HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Influencing leadership behaviours and coaching senior stakeholders
- Working closely with Centres of Excellence on performance, talent, reward and inclusion
- Using data and insight to shape people decisions and drive commercial outcomes
