The business is known for powering smarter marketing and product decisions with deep, data-driven audience intelligence allowing companies to recognise key behaviours around their customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the group annual audit, ensuring a smooth year-end close including post year-end adjustments and preparing consolidated statutory accounts.
- Lead a team of two direct reports, ensuring development, support and reviewing workload.
- Prepare and review the UK entities' monthly management accounts and review consolidated management accounts whilst providing variance analysis.
- Manage the cash flow forecast for the group.
- Review Group VAT returns for UK entities, supporting on quarterly group VAT, annual R&D claims and more with the Head of Tax.
- Improve reporting accuracy through Anaplan Consolidation tool, month-end close process and adhering to companies policies and internal controls.
About you:
- Qualified ACA/CAANZ/CA with audit experience from a big4/top10 accounting firm and 3 years + PQE.
- History of working within a PE backed fast-paced, dynamic environment within Tech/SaaS/Software Development.
- Strong experience managing a Group Audit - UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Comfortable at performing group consolidations and producing monthly management accounts.
- Previously management experience in leading a team.
