Senior Finance Business Partner
PR/Communications
9-12 month FTC – £60,000k – £70,000k
London (hybrid working)
Talentedge are exclusively partnered with an award-winning, PR/Communications business for one of the largest media networks in the world and are now seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join on a 9-12 month FTC. Our client provide a host of business services across multiple well-known brands and global figures fostering diverse thinking and unique innovation. Voted as one of the best places to work, the business are looking for a commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner to lead on multiple projects and stakeholder engagement to aid decision-making.
About the role:
- Own and drive the fee forecasting process for various fee-earning divisions, navigating complex and variable revenue streams whilst providing clarity, challenge assumptions and ensure forecasts are accurate
- Manage the working capital, including regular WIP, debtors and billing cycles
- Lead the live WIP discussions with stakeholder and budget owners monthly to ensure financial risks and opportunities are identified
- Business partner with project manager, various teams and account managers to help provide support, training and translate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Run reports and assist with month-end duties to ensure full-level accuracy
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to your stakeholders supporting both strategic and operational decision making
About you:
- Qualified or QBE with proven commercial finance experience within a PR/Communications/Creative media agency is ESSENTIAL
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to influence difficult stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with complex modelling, scenario analysis and data manipulation
- Strong experience navigating across multiple projects to support clients/team relationships
