I’m working with a fast-growing D2C consumer business that is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and play a genuinely commercial role in a scaling consumer brand. You’ll work closely with senior finance and commercial leaders, supporting decision-making across trading performance, customer acquisition, margin, stock, cash and growth planning.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Margin, revenue and channel analysis across D2C and retail
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital visibility
- Commercial partnering with marketing, operations and leadership teams
- Building models and improving reporting processes
- Supporting board packs and investor-level reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting
- Strong Excel / modelling skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence working with non-finance teams
