Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a US registered VC fund on a newly created Senior Associate opportunity. The fund focuses primarily on B2B SaaS, FinTech & AI investments across UK / US / EU.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Research trends in the market and competitor performance in order to make strategic recommendations and decisions.
- Build and maintain a network that includes Founders, CFOs, industry execs and peers.
- Lead origination, execution and management of investment opportunities.
- Prepare Investment Committee memoranda.
- Enhance portfolio management.
Profile:
- 3+ years of corporate finance experience within a top-tier investment bank or management consultancy firm.
- 2+ years working within a tech-focussed VC / PE fund.
- Strategic and inquisitive thinker.
- Mathematical and data driven in approach with strong financial modelling & presentation skills.
- Effective communicator, comfortable working partnering cross-functionally as well as with Founders / CFO’s and at events / conferences.
- Happy with international travel (frequency TBC).
