The Role
- You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of fast-moving businesses, acting as a trusted financial contact while overseeing delivery from a small team.
Overview
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of founder‑led businesses
- Reviewing statutory accounts, indirect tax filings, and payroll processes
- Supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Identifying advisory opportunities and expanding service offerings
- Advising on growth‑related matters including equity schemes and innovation tax incentives
- Manage a team of 3‑4 junior accountants
About You
- Professionally qualified or part‑qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience within practice or a client‑facing finance environment is a must
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Strong communicator who enjoys building long‑term client partnerships
- Motivated by growth and keen to take on increasing responsibility
