Job Description
RTR Global Process Lead
12 month FTC
Β£60,000
London β Hybrid
We are seeking a results-driven Global RTR (Record-to-Report) Lead to join a high-impact ERP transformation program for a global client. As a key member of the Global Solution Deployment Team, you will be responsible for end-to-end RTR project leadership from design through deployment -acting as the critical link between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RTR project tower across a global ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and validate business requirements; conduct fit-gap analyses to identify configuration or process changes.
- Develop detailed RTR project plans, manage progress using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and proactively manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID).
- Own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Deliver training to end users, prepare materials, and provide hypercare support post go-live to ensure system stability and user adoption.
- Provide thought leadership on RTR processes, including GL Journals, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Payroll, Month-End Close, and Financial Reporting under US and local GAAP.
Qualifications & Experience
ERP & Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, Payroll Accounting)
- Working knowledge of additional finance modules such as AP, AR, Expenses, and Financial Reporting
Finance experience
- Deep understanding of core RTR processes, including reconciliations, close processes, intercompany, and tax reporting
- Strong familiarity with both US GAAP and local GAAP requirements
Project Management & Change Delivery
- Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles (design, build, test, go-live, support)
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
