Performance Specialist – High‑Performance tech consultancy.
Talentedge are working with a leading Tech consultancy to hire an Interim consultant performance specialist who is available immediately.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, knows what excellence looks like, and can spot it in others.
What you’ll do
- Build and deliver a programme that enables consultants to be high performers throughout their careers.
- Delivering high-performance coaching for consultants, while working closely with clients on feedback mechanisms, promotion plans, and developing juniors with great potential.
- Work with client line managers and senior stakeholders to review consultant performance, understand top performance in the client context, and manage consultant promotion pathways.
- Collect and analyse data week to week to track progress, as well as derive insights over time to improve.
Who you are
- Strong educational background.
- 5+ years in a delivery-focused organisation (top-tier consultancy, leading tech company, or similar high-performance setting).
- A solid understanding of business fundamentals and junior talent development.
- Tech‑savvy, quick to learn and adapt to new data tools and processes.
- Immediately available.
- Would suit an ex-management consultant, this is not an HR L&D role.
