Junior Finance Manager
Based: North West (fully remote with regular meets in Manchester centre) - you MUST be based in the North West to be considered please don’t apply from anywhere else in the UK
Salary: circa £35k + bonus + benefits + study
Our client is a fantastic, rapidly expanding SME with exciting plans for the next 3 years. You will work directly with a hugely impressive CFO who is passionate about your development. The role will initially be hands on with a view to hire a team to aid with your progression
Role:
- Assisting CFO implementing new tech stack and system including Excel reports
- Producing management accounts for a number of small business entities
- Bookkeeping duties including credit control, purchase ledger (short term)
- Assistng CFO with exciting growth plans and business strategy
- Bank reconciliations, VAT returns and assisting with any audit requirements when required
- Continuous process and system improvements ensuring business-fit
Experience:
- Part-qualified OR QBE - must be young, dynamic and early on in your career with a desire to progress
- Management accounts production experience is essential.
- Keen to get hands on with a view to progress quickly over the next year
- Strong tech/systems/excel experience - XERO desirable but not essential
- Ecommerce / Retail experience desirable but not essential
- Able to use initiative and comfortable working remotely
- Ideally immediately available or on short notice
