Junior Credit Controller
Based: Denton area
Salary: up to £27k + benefits + progression
I am working with a fantastic, growing business looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to carve out a career in finance without the experience. Role:
- Working with Accounts Manager to contact customers to take payment from accounts
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with payments
- Issuing statements, monitoring accounts inbox
- Issuing credit account letters and credit checking accounts daily
- Dealing with customer queries and internal queries from Warehousing/Customer Serviecs
- Approving the release of sales orders and carrying out credit checks
- Allocating credit notes, investigating and resolving customer disputes
Experience:
- Admin OR Retail OR Customer Service experience essential
- Ability to deal with customers over the phone and have good conversations
- Strong attention to detail, desire to learn and progress
- Confident to challenge and solve problems
