  • Transactional Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, international retail brand on a

6-month fixed-term contract . This role will play a key part in managing the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring the accuracy of monthly and yearly accounts.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a team of three and be responsible for:

  • Managing the transactional finance team , overseeing AP & AR functions.
  • Developing and providing monthly reporting on expenses, aged receivables, and overdue payables.
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting , focusing on actual cash flows and projected outflows.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and strengthening financial controls .
  • Assisting with the implementation of an ERP upgrade

(Microsoft Dynamics).

About You

Strong experience managing a team within a transactional finance function.

  • Expertise in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) .
  • Confident handling large datasets and multiple cost centers .
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive approach.
  • A self-motivated communicator with a curious and analytical mindset.

Desirable Experience

  • Multi-site experience (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred).
  • Familiarity with

Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central .

  • Audit background or experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced

Excel skills .

  • Accounting qualifications preferred but not essential.
