Talentedge Tech are supporting a globally recognised, high-performance organisation in their search for a Technology Enablement Project Manager to join a growing Project & Technical Innovation function. This is a newly created role with real scope to influence how technology initiatives are shaped, prioritised, and delivered for one of Sports most loved brands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage the technology initiative pipeline, ensuring smooth flow from ideation through to delivery handover
- Run workshops with stakeholders to define problems, shape requirements, and uncover opportunities
- Translate early-stage ideas into clear project briefs, business cases, and roadmap plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to scope and refine solutions
- Coordinate with procurement and legal to move initiatives through contracting and approvals
- Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the pipeline process
A big part of the role is ensuring nothing gets stuck, keeping momentum, clarity, and alignment across multiple moving pieces.

Location & Package:
Hybrid working – 2 or 3 days onsite (South of London but within the M25) Up to £75,000 base salary + Bonus
