Join a fast‑paced, growing company as Head of Finance, reporting directly to the Founder. This role will design and lead the accounting infrastructure, from closing the books to strengthening internal controls, forecasting, and delivering clean, timely financial reporting.
The Role
As Head of Finance, you will design and lead the company’s accounting infrastructure. You’ll own full‑cycle accounting, implement GAAP controls, manage tax compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, visibility, and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle accounting operations: AR/AP, GL, payroll, revenue recognition, and monthly close
- Build and enforce financial policies and GAAP‑aligned internal controls to support scale
