With a strong customer proposition, impressive commercial momentum and ambitious expansion plans, the business is looking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Finance to join its leadership team.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while acting as a trusted commercial partner across the wider business. This is a broad role that combines financial control, FP&A, commercial analysis and team leadership, giving you real influence over the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Own the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Deliver meaningful KPI reporting, commercial insights and performance analysis
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead the FP&A function, helping to shape future growth plans
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability and working capital
  • Drive continuous improvements across finance systems, reporting and internal controls
  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
  • Support business planning, investment decisions and commercial initiatives

About You

We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys adding value beyond the numbers. You’ll ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Previous experience in a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
  • Strong experience within a D2C, eCommerce or consumer challenger brand
  • Excellent FP&A, business partnering and commercial finance experience
  • A proven ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading or developing finance teams
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a scaling business
