We are working with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand that is looking to hire an FP&A Manager into its finance team. This is a broad commercial finance role, sitting close to senior leadership and supporting decision-making across the business. The company operates across D2C, retail, wholesale and international channels, so this role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced consumer environment with strong exposure to brand, trading and growth performance.

The Role

As FP&A Manager, you will take ownership of planning, reporting and commercial analysis across the business. You will work closely with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to improve visibility around performance, support strategic planning and provide insight that helps drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting process across the business
  • Producing monthly management reporting, board packs and KPI analysis
  • Partnering with commercial, marketing, operations and leadership teams
  • Analysing revenue performance across D2C, retail, wholesale and international channels
  • Supporting trading reviews, margin analysis, promotional performance and channel profitability
  • Building and improving financial models to support growth planning and investment decisions
  • Providing clear insight into sales, gross margin, stock, marketing spend and working capital
  • Helping improve reporting processes, data quality and commercial finance capability as the business scales

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience, ideally gained within a consumer-facing business. You will likely have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG, retail, D2C or e-commerce
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills
  • Good understanding of revenue, gross margin, stock, marketing spend and channel performance
  • Ability to business partner non-finance teams and challenge performance constructively
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools or finance systems would be beneficial
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work in a scaling environment
