London | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 WFH) | International Exposure

We’re working with a fast-growing, tech-enabled financial services business undergoing significant expansion across multiple international markets. This is a newly created role due to growth, offering the chance to build and shape the reporting function from the ground up while working closely with senior leadership.

The Opportunity

As Reporting Manager, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance, stepping into a critical leadership gap within the team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with the opportunity to:

  • Build processes from scratch
  • Lead key regulatory initiatives
  • Play a central role in international expansion

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation of financial statements and group reporting
  • Design and implement robust financial controls and processes
  • Lead the audit process and manage external relationships
  • Take ownership of regulatory reporting in a changing environment

International Expansion

  • Lead the setup of a new European entity, including structure, reporting, and compliance
  • Partner with FP&A, legal, risk, and compliance teams
  • Support expansion into new jurisdictions

Build & Improve

  • Establish scalable processes within a growing finance function
  • Identify gaps and implement best-in-class practices
  • Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders

About You

  • Big 4 or Top 10 trained, with 5+ years PQE
  • Strong grounding in financial statements, controls, and audit
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting (e.g. MiFID) is advantageous but not essential
