Following continued growth, they're looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their collaborative finance team. The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting commercial initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Business partnering with commercial and operational teams
- Variance analysis and performance reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Supporting cash flow forecasting
- Driving improvements to finance processes and reporting
- Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
- Supporting strategic projects as the business continues to grow
About You
We're keen to speak with:
- ACA qualified accountants with around 1 year PQE , ideally making a first move from practice, or
- ACCA/CIMA qualified accountants with experience in a high-growth technology, HealthTech or start-up environment
You'll also have:
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling business
