About the Role

Step into a position where you’ll establish robust financial operations from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for the full financial cycle – from daily transactional oversight through to strategic forecasting and commercial insights that drive decision-making at the highest level.

  • Project Profitability: Take charge of job-level costing and profitability analysis. Track financial performance by project, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve margins and resource allocation.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously assess and enhance financial processes, introducing best practices and automation where possible. Build scalable structures that will support future growth.
  • Team Development: Mentor and manage junior finance staff, building their technical capabilities and creating a collaborative, high‑performing finance culture.
