I’m working with a really exciting, fast-growing D2C consumer brand that is now looking to hire a Commercial Finance Lead.

The business has built a strong brand, loyal customer base and impressive momentum across its core D2C channels, with clear plans to continue scaling over the next few years. As they grow, they’re investing properly into finance and commercial insight, making this a brilliant time to join.

This role will sit at the heart of the business, partnering closely with leadership and teams across growth, marketing, trading and operations. You’ll play a key role in helping the company understand performance, improve decision-making and scale with better visibility across margins, customer economics and profitability.

  • Ownership of commercial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Business partnering with marketing, growth, trading and operations
  • Analysis across channel performance, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, ROAS and contribution margin
  • Building better visibility around KPIs, trading trends and unit economics
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering experience
  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer goods or retail
  • Confident partnering with non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong modelling, Excel and analytical skills

This would suit a Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A Manager or Finance Business Partner looking for a broader, high-impact role within a scaling D2C consumer brand.
