This is a high-profile leadership role partnering with senior Commercial Finance and Compliance executives to ensure contractual commitments are met, commercial risk is minimised, and governance supports business growth.

You’ll lead key client compliance audits, interpret complex commercial contracts, strengthen controls and processes, and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Legal and Client Leadership teams to protect profitability and deliver best practice.

About You

You’ll ideally be a qualified accountant, with significant experience in contract compliance ideally within a complex commercial environment. You’ll have strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leaders and negotiate compliance and commercial matters.
