A leading name in the entertainment industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their Central Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager in delivering a smooth and efficient AR function across a broad and dynamic customer portfolio.
This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and creative business, where you'll collaborate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and tight financial control.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely collection and management of receivables across the company’s customer base

Oversee billing processes to maintain control, accuracy, and efficiency

Ensure accurate and timely cash allocation in collaboration with offshore teams

Maintain strong protocols during the customer onboarding process

Act as the primary point of contact for business units and stakeholders across the team

Work closely with offshore partners to optimise receivables processes and maintain performance KPIs
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a similar AR role, preferably within a large organisation

Previous exposure to outsourced finance functions (desirable)

Familiarity with SAP and SAP Business Object Analysis for Office (desirable)

Medium to advanced Excel skills

High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and relationship management skills
