We’re working with a leading marketing services company that supports some of the biggest names in the industry. As they continue to grow, they’re looking to add a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the AP inbox and processing high-volume invoices accurately

Matching, batching, coding and reconciling supplier invoices

Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Assisting with weekly payment runs

Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks and reporting
What were looking for:

Previous experience in accounts payable or finance admin

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
