  • Job Summary

Talentedge are hiring for a £50million T/O pharmaceutical business in centre of Liverpool.

We are looking for an experienced and detail orientated Finance Manager to join the expanding Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have ledger management experience and ambition to grow and progress!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory filings
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Liaise with accountants and external auditors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
  • Manage petty cash and expense claims
  • Other ad hoc duties

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
