The founders are looking for a commercially-minded finance professional who can act as a genuine business partner, helping them make smarter decisions around growth, customer acquisition, inventory planning and cash deployment. You'll have a seat at the table and work directly with an ambitious leadership team that has already built an impressive brand within the health and wellness space.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Forecasting cash runway and supporting growth investment decisions
  • Managing inventory forecasting and working capital requirements
  • Analysing subscription metrics including:
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Cohort performance
    • Churn trends
    • Contribution margins
  • Supporting pricing, promotions and commercial decision-making
  • Driving automation and efficiency across the finance function
  • Owning month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls
  • Acting as a strategic partner to founders and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Strong preference for candidates from product subscription, D2C, consumer goods or e-commerce businesses
  • Experience analysing recurring revenue and customer economics

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions

Why This Role?
