We are hiring a Commercial Management Accountant into a rapidly growing, internationally active, project led and dynamic business. This is a high impact, dynamic, strategic and commercially focused role working closely with senior leadership, offering real influence over project profitability, pricing and decision making. You will operate at the heart of the business, providing a bridge between finance and operations. You will ensure projects are delivered profitably, that risks are well managed and that stakeholders have clear financial insight.

The Role

  • Partnering with operational and project teams to drive commercial performance
  • Support pricing, margin optimisation and project profitability
  • Enhance and control KPI reporting, shifting data into tangible insight
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis
  • Support strategic initiatives, including potential acquisition activity
  • Contribute to systems and reporting improvements, including dashboards and process enhancements

What we’re looking for

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a project based or fast paced environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical, hands on and comfortable working in a dynamic setting
  • Exposure to financial modelling, systems or transactional activity is advantageous
