Remote-first (ideally one day per week in London)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, qualified finance leader to join a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business operating in the SaaS and digital payments space, supporting consumer-facing sectors such as hospitality, retail and leisure.
As the business continues to scale, it is looking to professionalise its finance function, strengthen financial controls and reporting, and build the processes and infrastructure needed to support its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on interim role with real scope to shape how finance operates. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and partner with commercial, sales and revenue operations colleagues to improve financial visibility, drive operational efficiency and ensure the finance function is equipped for a growing, transaction-led business.
- Build and professionalise: Take ownership of developing a more structured, scalable finance function, improving processes, controls, reporting and ways of working.
- Support a technology-led growth business: Gain exposure to the financial and operational challenges of a venture-backed SaaS business serving consumer-facing industries.
- Influence commercial decisions: Partner with senior leaders, sales and revenue operations to provide meaningful financial insight and support business performance.
- Improve revenue and billing operations: Review and optimise billing processes, revenue reporting and financial workflows, ensuring they can scale alongside the business.
- Shape financial planning: Lead improvements to forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and management information, giving leadership greater visibility of performance and future growth.
- Make an immediate impact: Identify priorities, address existing process gaps and deliver practical improvements during a pivotal period for the business.

- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
- Understanding of SaaS economics, revenue models, billing processes and key performance metrics.
- Experience working closely with commercial, sales and revenue operations teams.
