I’m currently working with a fast-growing Series C Fintech business undergoing an exciting period of transformation. They’re looking to onboard a Finance Manager with strong finance transformation experience on an initial 6-month contract. This is a high-impact opportunity to help professionalise and scale the finance function at a genuine inflection point in the company’s growth journey.

The Mandate:

  • Transform and streamline existing finance processes
  • Improve system integration within Xero
  • Lead the implementation of a new payroll system
  • Oversee implementation of new AP software
  • Build stronger controls, governance, and scalable infrastructure

Deep technical systems expertise isn’t essential, they need someone who can take ownership, drive delivery, implement structure, and hold stakeholders accountable.

Ideal Profile:

  • ACA qualified (ideally Big Four trained)
  • 2–3 years PQE (1 year considered for the right individual)
  • Strong process improvement mindset
  • Experience implementing finance software
  • Comfortable operating in a scaling, evolving SaaS environment
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused, commercially aware
