HR Business Partner

South London

Hybrid

Talentedge is working with a prestigious global business to find an exceptional HR Business Partner to support the continued success of the global business.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with designated business areas, providing high-level, effective generalist HR support to both leaders and employees. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing people plans that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers within your assigned areas, developing thorough knowledge of their goals and challenges.
  • Provide guidance, support, and consistent expert advice on a range of employment law and HR matters, always in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, including terms and conditions, absence management, performance management, and disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Support and manage a flexible workforce, including permanent, fixed-term, contract, and casual employees, with a focus on effective workforce planning.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and employment legislation, proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead and develop a small HR team, ensuring high-standard administrative services and facilitating performance discussions and interventions as required.

About you

  • Fully CIPD qualified (Level 7)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR advisory role
  • Employee relations

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current employment law
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing successful projects
  • High level of credibility and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
