The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while acting as a trusted commercial partner across the wider business. This is a broad role that combines financial control, FP&A, commercial analysis and team leadership, giving you real influence over the future direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Own the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver meaningful KPI reporting, commercial insights and performance analysis
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making
- Lead the FP&A function, helping to shape future growth plans
- Monitor cash flow, profitability and working capital
- Drive continuous improvements across finance systems, reporting and internal controls
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
- Support business planning, investment decisions and commercial initiatives
About You
We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys adding value beyond the numbers. You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Previous experience in a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
- Strong experience within a D2C, eCommerce or consumer challenger brand
- Excellent FP&A, business partnering and commercial finance experience
- A proven ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
- Experience leading or developing finance teams
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a scaling business
