This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where finance plays a central role in driving strategic decisions and business performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while acting as a trusted commercial partner across the wider business. This is a broad role that combines financial control, FP&A, commercial analysis and team leadership, giving you real influence over the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Own the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Deliver meaningful KPI reporting, commercial insights and performance analysis
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead the FP&A function, helping to shape future growth plans
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability and working capital
  • Drive continuous improvements across finance systems, reporting and internal controls
  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
  • Support business planning, investment decisions and commercial initiatives

About You

We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys adding value beyond the numbers. You'll ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Previous experience in a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
  • Strong experience within a D2C, eCommerce or consumer challenger brand
  • Excellent FP&A, business partnering and commercial finance experience
  • A proven ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading or developing finance teams
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a scaling business

What's On Offer?

  • Competitive salary of £80,000-£90,000
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Hybrid working in Central London
  • The opportunity to join a high-growth challenger brand at a pivotal stage of its journey
  • Significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas will have real impact
  • Excellent long-term progression as the business continues to grow

Why Apply?

This is far more than a traditional Head of Finance role. You'll join a business that's scaling rapidly, where finance is viewed as a genuine commercial partner and plays a critical role in shaping future growth. If you're looking for a position where you can combine operational finance, strategic planning and commercial leadership while making a tangible impact, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
