Talentedge are actively recruiting for an Immediately available, German Speaking Accounts Assistant for a global Tech business for a minimum of 3 months. The day rate would be £40k-£45k equivalent and offer hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).

Duties Include:

  • Maintenance of creditors ledger
  • Weekly supplier payment runs
  • Monitoring AP inbox and liaising with suppliers on any issues
  • Bank postings and reconciliations
  • Maintain and update short-term cash-flow forecasts
  • Review postings for VAT returns
  • Posting customer receipts
  • Monthly reconciliations of Fixed Assets
  • Management of Fixed Asset register (removing/disposing of old assets)
  • Managing the Sales of Fixed Assets
  • Reviewing Purchase Request and Purchase Orders
  • Monitor and resolve system sync errors between Yooz and NetSuite
  • Reviewing exceptional expenses and handling reimbursement
  • T&E Analysis
  • Completion of fortnightly employee expense run
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Saving all bank statements and bank reconciliations from NetSuite

Be fluent in German as its solely working for the entity based in Germany. Have a minimum of 6 months experience in an all round Accounts Assistant role. Ideally be studying towards a finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
