Talentedge are exclusively supporting a rapidly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) Series B startup based in London. To support their continued expansion, they are seeking a talented and experienced FP&A Manager to lead the commercial finance efforts.
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and supporting business growth. This is an opportunity to be a key player in the success story, covering all aspects of commercial finance and leveraging your expertise gained in either investment banking or FP&A within a software startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making; Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Commercial Finance: Provide actionable insights into revenue generation, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs; Conduct financial analysis on product and market opportunities to optimise commercial performance.
- Investor Relations: Prepare financial reports and presentations for investor meetings, contributing to fundraising efforts; Engage with stakeholders to communicate financial performance and future projections.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs to monitor and evaluate business performance; Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in FP&A roles, with a focus on commercial finance.
