We’re partnering with a London-based SaaS business entering a serious scale phase, backed by experienced founders who’ve built and exited before, and a new leadership team that knows exactly where this business is going and how to get there. They’re now hiring an FP&A Lead to sit at the heart of decision-making and help shape the next chapter.
Why this role stands out:
- Proven founders who’ve navigated scale, exits, and value creation before
- A genuinely exceptional senior team, ambitious, commercial, and low-ego
- FP&A with real influence: strategy, pricing, growth, and go-to-market decisions
- A chance to build rather than inherit, models, metrics, and processes from the ground up
The role:
You’ll own FP&A end‑to‑end, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, and commercial leadership to drive performance and clarity across the business.
Key focus areas:
- Owning and evolving the SaaS metrics stack (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, cohorts, etc.)
- Building best‑in‑class forecasting and long‑range planning models
- Designing and rolling out sales commission planning that actually aligns incentives with growth
- Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, RevOps, and Product
- Turning data into insight, not just reports, but recommendations
What they’re looking for:
- Strong FP&A background within a SaaS or subscription business
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue dynamics
- Hands‑on experience building or scaling sales commission models
- Commercial mindset, you care about how the business grows, not just the numbers
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment
The opportunity:
If you want an FP&A role where:
- You’re trusted by leadership
- Your work directly shapes growth and strategy
- You’re building for scale alongside people who’ve done it before
