Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing Series A SaaS company to hire a Founder’s Associate (GTM). In this role, you will work directly with the founders and GTM leaders on high-impact initiatives that drive growth and scale. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic operator with 2–5 years of experience who thrives on learning quickly, owning projects end-to-end, and playing a key role in scaling a high-growth SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- Marketing & Growth: Build brand awareness through targeted campaigns, engaging content, and innovative creative programs that drive pipeline growth.
- Events & Community: Lead company events and foster community engagement.
- Strategic Projects: Partner with founders on launches, GTM experiments, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Ops & Execution: Tackle critical business needs across sales, marketing, and operations to keep momentum strong.
- Brand Development: Develop compelling decks and communications for prospects, customers, and internal teams.
