Ready to help shape the future of a fast-growing, purpose-driven consumer brand? We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Financial Controller to own and elevate the entire finance function as the business scales rapidly across the UK and beyond.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, have real influence over strategy, and play a critical role in building the systems and processes that will support our next phase of growth. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic business with a clear mission and strong values.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Leading all daily finance operations, from invoicing to payables/receivables and bookkeeping
• Developing and optimising finance systems and processes (including ERP and NetSuite)
• Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards
• Managing and forecasting cash flow to enable effective planning and decision-making
• Analysing costs and margins to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Providing clear, actionable financial insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and leadership strategy

Who You Are

• An experienced Financial Controller, or senior finance professional with a track record of ownership and leadership
• Qualified accountant (preferred)
• Expert user of NetSuite (or similar ERP), with the ability to customise and optimise it for scale
• Technically savvy, process-focused, and passionate about automation and system improvements
• Experienced in high-growth environments where agility and robust infrastructure-building are essential
• Highly proficient with Excel and financial modelling
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting
