With a tech-led model, they’re redefining operational excellence for high-growth brands, and they need a hands-on Financial Controller to help drive that mission. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute, qualified accountant to take full ownership of the financial control function in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
Working closely with an exceptional Finance Director and experienced leadership team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping scalable, best-in-class financial processes from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:
As Financial Controller, you’ll take full responsibility for finance operations, with a focus on control, compliance, and systems development to support scaling. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing scalable financial control frameworks, processes, and reporting systems
- Leading daily and monthly cashflow reporting and short-to-medium-term cash management
- Overseeing the transactional finance function (AP/AR) and month-end close process
- Managing payroll and ensuring accurate, compliant reporting in collaboration with HR
- Leading internal audit processes, developing risk registers, and reporting on control gaps
- Taking ownership of balance sheet integrity and proposing key adjustments (e.g. P13)
- Building a purchase order system to drive spend control and cost accountability
- Supporting statutory compliance, internal/external audit, and broader governance initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with immediate availability
- Proven experience building out financial control processes within scaling businesses
- Hands-on, detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to operate at pace
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable influencing at all levels
- A strong understanding of financial systems and controls (Xero experience a plus)
- Previous exposure to high-growth eCommerce, D2C, or consumer sectors is desirable
