A global organisation is seeking a versatile and highly analytical Finance Process Analyst to join a major finance transformation and ERP implementation programme. This role will play a key part in designing and integrating end-to-end finance processes within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring seamless data flow, process efficiency and strong financial controls across multiple business units and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with finance, operations and technology stakeholders to capture and document current and future-state processes.
- Design and optimise integrated finance processes across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities and business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support system configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs) across workstreams.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables across functional and technical teams within the programme.
- Support finance data migration activities, including master data design and governance.
- Develop and execute end-to-end UAT scenarios, managing defect resolution and ensuring process integrity.
- Produce training materials and support user adoption across finance teams.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support for critical finance processes.
- Collaborate with global process owners and programme stakeholders to ensure alignment with target operating model and solution design principles.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in finance process design, business analysis or finance transformation roles.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
