Finance Manager | Scalling Fashion Brand
Join one of the UK’s most exciting fashion retailers, scaling at pace across retail and e-commerce. With a strong footprint in the UK and EU and US expansion on the horizon, this is a brand with bold ambitions and serious momentum and you could be right at the centre of it.
We’re working with the business to find a hands-on Finance Manager to join their lean but high-performing finance team. Reporting directly into an experienced Finance Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and owning the finance function as the business continues its international growth journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the month-end close and delivering accurate management reporting
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive growth and profitability
- Preparing board packs and supporting investor/founder discussions
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Managing external audits and ensuring compliance across multiple geographies
- Driving process improvements and leveraging systems (Xero / NetSuite or similar)
- Supporting international expansion and retail store performance analysis
Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2–4 years PQE
- Experience in retail, fashion, or a fast-growth D2C/challenger brand environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across finance and non-finance teams
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Systems savvy, ideally with exposure to Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP tools
