We’re working with one of the UK’s most exciting and fast-scaling consumer brands, redefining personal care through innovation, sustainability, and real purpose. With products loved by customers nationwide and stocked in leading retailers, this is a business that’s growing fast.
As they continue to expand across D2C, retail, and international channels, they’re now looking for a newly qualified Finance Manager to play a key role in bringing more structure, insight, and commercial thinking to a rapidly evolving finance function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the month-end process, delivering accurate management accounts and meaningful analysis for leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting to support business performance and decision‑making
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and marketing to track profitability and improve margin across products and channels
- Improve internal controls and streamline reporting processes to support scale
- Support with audit, tax, and statutory compliance
- Help build out systems and automation projects to future‑proof finance
- Provide commercial insight on new product launches, pricing, and retail performance
What we’re looking for:
- Newly qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA, ideally from FMCG, retail, or another product‑led environment
- Strong technical foundation with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence decisions
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting where priorities evolve quickly
- Experience with Xero or NetSuite and strong Excel/Google Sheets capability
