The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and produce timely, accurate management accounts
- Support financial reporting requirements, including statutory and regulatory obligations
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and review
- Oversee transactional processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong controls
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits
- Support tax compliance processes and work with external advisors where required
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and documentation

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CA or equivalent)
- Background in a fast-growing FinTech/Tech startups post practice

- Experience with multi-entity or international operations
